Millie’s British International school is committed to developing a broad and representative community of learners.
THE PARTNER SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME:
Enables our School to attract and retain students irrespective of their parents’ financial circumstances by providing for tuition fee remission. It ensures that children demonstrating exceptional talents, gifts or commitment are both recognised and rewarded.
CRITERIA
We assess all pupils with great care to ensure that they will thrive in our ambitious and academically challenging environment.
The Assessment Process and Selection Criteria at Millie’s British International school vary according to the age of the child and the entry point into our school.
The pre-conditions for admission of all academic scholarship pupils are:
* The applicant is of the appropriate age and sufficient maturity
* The applicant has successfully satisfied the selection criteria
* The school has a place available in the appropriate year group
* The application fee and other fees are paid in full
* Parents accept the place offered in writing
Our partner academic scholarships are available to pupils entering the Junior School at the beginning of the school year in September and will apply for the duration of the student’s time in their relevant remaining years as long as they maintain the required level of academic excellence.
Academic Scholarship applicants will be required to sit the academic test which is provided by Millie’s British International School and is used to identify academically able students for the award of a scholarship. The test is designed so that applicants are able to demonstrate skills in areas such as the ability to interpret, infer, deduce and think critically.
This scholarship provides 50% reduction of tuition fees and is awarded annually to the highest achieving pupils in each applicable entry level who meets the academic criteria. The scholarship requires ongoing acceptable academic achievement which will be reviewed annually.
How to apply:
Collect and complete a scholarship application form and return to the school by the specified closing date.
